Hot Pot Questions We Hear Most Often

Hot pot is a live dealer format where a portion of every bet placed feeds into a shared pot. When a qualifying hand or trigger condition is met, the accumulated pot is awarded. The exact trigger rules vary by room and are displayed in each room's information panel.

Our hot pot lobby draws from Evolution, Ezugi and Pragmatic Play Live. Each studio runs its own pot mechanic with different trigger conditions, stake ranges and table layouts, so the experience differs meaningfully between rooms even within the same lobby section.

You can enter a hot pot room at any point, but your stake only contributes to the pot from the round in which your bet is placed. If a round is already in the resolution phase when you arrive, your first active round begins on the next deal.

From your account's cashier tab, select JazzCash or Easypaisa, enter your amount and confirm on your mobile wallet. The balance appears in your account within a few minutes and is immediately available for use in any hot pot room.

Any round affected by a verified stream fault is voided automatically. Your stake for that round is returned to your account balance and you receive an in-app notification within 30 seconds confirming the void and the amount returned.
